We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical mental health treatment.


2. Products & Delivery

Digital Products

  • Delivered instantly via download and/or email

  • No physical item will be shipped

Physical Products

  • Shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information


3. Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of instant access, all digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact info@trainachild.com and we will assist you.


Physical Products

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Physical Items

For hygiene, safety, and wellbeing reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items intended for personal or intimate use

  • Items marked as final sale


Return Process

  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect


Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  3. Contact your bank

5. Sale Items

  • Only regularly priced physical products are eligible for refund

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable


6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced


7. Licensing & Use of Content

Digital and printed resources are licensed for personal, educational, or organisational use as stated at the point of purchase.

Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.


8. Faith-Based & Universal Resources

Some products integrate Christian faith; others are universal and secular. All products are clearly labelled. Purchasers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their setting.
